The Leadership Partners in the project are a network of community stakeholders and visionary leaders collaborating to support healthy development for children. These partners are committed by contract and are jointly involved with the ongoing operations of Educare West DuPage.

West Chicago Elementary District 33 serves 3,800 children, about half of whom are from low-income, non-English-speaking homes. West Chicago Elementary District 33 donates the land and helps finance a portion of ongoing maintenance and operations for Educare West DuPage, as well as providing significant operating funding through its Early Childhood Block Grant from the Illinois State Board of Education. http://www.wego33.org/​

The Ounce of Prevention Fund gives children in poverty the best chance for success in school and in life by advocating for and providing the highest quality care and education from birth to age five.
